Of course we couldn't found Duncan's body, it was consumed by his beard, increasing it's power. One of the theories here is that Duncan's beard is The ArchBeard, and now it moved onto Hawke, who happen to be a child of Duncan and a harlot of unknown origin (Zevran approves +3).Wowlock wrote...

Aye, but Tier 10 and 11 beards are only available to Dwarven two-handed weapon warriors. Obtaining these epic beards also requires importing a save of DA:O where only certain, manly, dialogue options are chosen, without one mistake. The Dwarf must then go through DA2 having sex with every women he sees, and saying things that are manly.
