i have bought updates for dragonage pc online it does not show up in purchase history but does show up in point statement. this is a problem because now i have to play it off line for the purchases i have are not reconised to my account it baffels me some help here plz. its been like this for a while now.

for starters you are in the wrong forum this has nothing to do with the Biowarestore.com website that sells physical merchandise which is what this forum is for. Also this is a Technical issue for your computer version and thus you will be much more likely to find help here
