I really hate how the romance achievements are given out in Origins. It makes sense to get one after the sex in ME or ME2, because the sex scene signals the end of the romance in those games. But in DA, take Morrigan's romance- the sex scene is really just the beginning of the actual romance/ relationship part. Hand out the romance achievement after you've completed the game and truly competed the romance, not just after the sex scene.
I think probably the only one where the sex takes place toward the completion of the romance is Alistair's. It takes a long, LONG time to get him in the sack, provided you aren't abusing the gift system. Zev's definitely had the same thing as Morrigan's--the romance took a lot longer to kick in than the sex.
Actually, I'd say it's (surprisingly) Leliana's. Leliana
will not allow you to sleep with her until she's in love and you've completed her personal quest. Alistair you can convince past Major Approval (uh, Adore, I think it's called), even if you haven't completed his quest. Leliana must be the one to ask you.
I guess because Alistair's a guy. And he's sick of being a virgin. Or something.

I once orchestrated sleeping with him before finding out his birthright and it being waaaay at the end of the game, right before the Landsmeet. And I was hoping that I could get some extra dialogue from the "Why did you keep your birthright a secret?" speech. I didn't. Which sort of made me more mad. Luckily, I ensured that it was a Human Noble playthrough so I couldn't get too bitter.
