I'm stuck at the end of the "Strontium Mule" mission. I complete the mission, and the tip says to press "F" to exit the mission, but nothing happens, even if I keep pressing F for a full minute. I have both the .01 and .02 patches installed, the exit world key hasn't been remapped (tried that but didn't do anything). Unfortunately all my saves are on that frakkin ship so I can't just load a different game and be done with it. Suppose it's something blaringly simple...

Not sure what my hardware would have to do with this

Yup. Found this one out the hard way. ME2 does not update the noob messages.
