I don't really know enough of the game to "complain" yet, if ever. I am a little disappointed that we're doing the whole "recruit armies" again though - so it seems.

sadly it seems BG2 was bio's last hurrah for expanding a sequel....now we get sequels watered down but more sparkly's and boom boom splosions for the halo crowd.

ME2, perfect example....what they did with the combat was good...however the game lost it's soul to get it.....welcome to Gears of Mass Effect War - Choose your own adventures.

Oh pleese. ME2 was just as imersion as ME, in fact I would say more because I got more into it.

Some people do go a little overboard but I see nothing wrong with voicing our concerns. We love DA so so much. Can you blame us for being worried that DA2 might turn into something we do NOT want

@Suron Take a step back... Did you even read my OP? It doesnt sound like you did. Where did I say any of the things you just put into my mouth? I just said that if you are a bioware fan how can you be so damn presumptuous with no evidence behind it. I also said it was fine to be angry i just didnt understand the leap from only 1 race to its not an rpg before we have any more info... What post were you reading?

The thing I don't like is being forced to play a human and the origins being taken out. That was one of the aspects I really loved about DAO.

I'm a little disappointed that I'm not able to choose dwarf or elf, but that's actual information we have... I don't understand how people are extrapolating all these "facts" about the game. Either way, I'm sure the writers are taking the glorious typo-ridden hatespeech as the profound declaration of love for DAO it really is.



Remember, well over half of the "boycott left 4 dead 2" people preorderd and preloaded left 4 dead 2. Gamers may swim in a cesspool of hilariously righteous self entitlement but when it comes down to it, we end up buying the games they make and we end up loving them.
