In the upper right corner it has the green design that is going on games compatible with Kinect. Does that imply it will have some form of Kinect compatibility?

Nah I think Halo:Reach has that and that isn't Kinect. Its just the new box design.

I'm not seeing it on Halo Reach or Fable 3. Only Kinect games.
