Again? I guess it depends on how you look at thing, I guess: for me, Loghain was the true final villain of the game, the Archdemon was just something that came afterwards.Dave of Canada wrote...
What if it's an Archdemon again?

Loghain was the Archdemon, it was the darker part of his soul that escaped after Ostagar.

Then I suggest Bordeaux (20 gallons) & mutton steaks for dinner (400 pounds) and Pride and Prejudice for a play.Dave of Canada wrote...

Well, I'm sure some people wanted Loghain Mac Tir to be romanceable. And it will make a nice continuation, if your Warden romance Morrigan in DAO and this Hawks romance her daughter in DAO2.

Then you'll have to do a Darker Ritual.

An option, yes. Options are always welcome in role-playing games.Dave of Canada wrote...

The Dark Ritual can hardly be called an option anymore, now that it has become canon.Lord Gremlin wrote...

I think a game where the story revolves around a romance with the villain would be awesome. But I don't think it will happen that way.
I think the OP may be onto something, even though he might not have done so intentionally. It would be pretty damn amazing to have a party member that you've become close friends with and/or romanced turn out to be one of the final bosses of the game to fight. Not just someone who turns against you but a straight-up archboss.
