Hello guys,

I tried to add some points to my account today three times over the past several hours and I get a message saying that I should wait 30 minutes to receive a confirmation email if it was successful or not. It's been much longer than half an hour and I've received nothing. I tried three seperate times with no luck. When I go to "Purchase History" it lists the three attempts but says that payment is pending. Nothing has been noted in my bank or my paypal however.

I want to try and buy some points via my credit card instead but I'm worried that somehow all three of those "pending payments" that don't seem to have worked, are all going to go through once whatever problem is there, has been sorted out. I don't need 4 lots of points however.

What should I do? Are those payments going to go through? I only wanted one purchase but none of them have worked. I must admit guys, I've had problems with the online components of Dragon Age since it was released. Character info and screenshots would never update, now the store doesn't work.. It's a bit dis-heartening that everything seems to be in a broken state...

I've solved the problem - apparently firefox seems to have an issue with the paypal process through the bioware store. If you use internet explorer, it works without a hitch.

Same Problem using Opera.

Refuse to use IE.

Let's see if Customer support has become better than the

"You'll recieve an Answer within 24 hours" which was all I got from an Ticket i opened just around the Release of DAO...

I actually used IE8 and i didnt get the points after 24 hours, and ea customer service told me i still need to wait 48 HOURS. It says the transaction is complete tho.

Did you end up getting your points? I am having the same "Pending of Payment" issue.

I was also told to wait 24 hours before contacting customer support again.

Having the same issue, but I'm using Chrome... Its been pending for about 3 days now.

Same issue here, and my paypal account has been charged. After I finish the purchase on paypal, it brings me to a dead link ("This page cannot be displayed, blah blah blah") I'm using chrome as well, but I don't want to try it again on another browser, as my account has already been charged.

I recive an email from paypal showing the payment done. but i dont see any point in my account

same here too.. IE8 "this page cannot be displayed" at the end of transaction, paypal says it didnt' go through, but it shows up on my payball account as withdrawn already.. no points though. I did get reciept in email though... guess I'll just wait the 24-48 hours and see.

Hi guys, same problem here, I just bought 1600 points and, after charging my paypal account (as I can see in my email account) it shows me a dead link (Error 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED) etc). I'm using Chrome...does anybody of you received any answer??

Then again its apparently still 7 hours till the 24 limit

I only got a dead link by trying to add bioware points with paypal while going through MASS EFFECT 2 DLC. But when I tried to add points through my profile here, it went through with no problems using paypal. So right now I'm concerned with paypal not charging my bank TWICE for not getting bioware points

Well.. they wouldn't give me a refund but they gave me the points that didn't go through. So I have 2860 Points... lol
