When I played my elf as a mage, he was shorter then everyone, also when I played as a human mage later, i looked at the same story screenshots and saw that my elf character was noticably shorter. So for mine the height was scalled down, don't know if the width was scalled down porportionally.

I think they just didn't attach the proper model to certain armors.  Morrowind had the same problem for females with most clothing using male models only.  It seemed like both the starting clothing for the male city elf as well as leather armor used a human body, making his head seem small.  He looked alright in the wedding clothing, but I don't think I can play the whole game in that.

I'm checking to see if there are any mods created yet.  Like one that scales the weapons down, or better looking weapons..can't believe noone has put any out as of yet.

Because my copy of the CE has still yet to come from Amazon.  Apparently  the USPS is delivering my package by three legged mule.  As such the game will probably have to wait until December or so, since I'm getting Modern Warfare 2 tomorrow and Assassin's Creed 2 next week.  That said, it might turn out for the best as the next game I plan to get is Darksiders, which comes out the beginning of January.  That gives me a month to devote to Dragon Age.  After that will be Mass Effect 2, my most anticipated game since the first one.

The last month and the next 5 or so look to be really good times for gaming.
