 i loved dragon age on my ps3 i finished the story twice on the ps3 and a few days ago i finally got the 5870 and bought dragon age origin + expansion again for the pc  that's how much i love dao and now they tell me i can't import my character wtf??? i don't wanna create a new character i have already created a character that i consider myself so there would be no point in creating a new character as i am the great warden from dao so what's the point in all this i don't get it

...yeah and I could not import my mage into mass effect 2, that pissed me off too

They want to tell a new story and they must feel it's necessary to tell that story from a new character.



The one bit of news that I'm very glad to hear is that this isn't about the Warden and hopefully it's not all about the darkspawn either.

I blows my mind when people say there is no point to a game if the decisions don't carry over. The point of every game is entertainment. Nobody ever promised a ME style import system. I don't know what made everybody expect
one.

I for one am over the moon that my Warden is buggering off. I mean we had good times, and his Arcane Warrior bringer of fiery fighting style brought me great joy. But I think I'm ready for someone new.

And just how many games out there let you import your character for a sequel ? Do you just hate on every games out there ? Sure, it would have been a cool feature, but that doesn't mean the game won't be good. Did you import a character when you started DA ?

This reminds me when people cried about not getting to import revan in KOTOR 2.
