Maybe in the Game informer thing they will say more information on this.
Maybe Hawke is just the placeholder name, then again Bioware would have already said if it were. Hm, I don't know.

Oh I think I finally get the joke.

You see, "Hawke" in an English accent wouldn't be pronounced "Hoc", it would be pronounced "Horc". So really, saying Mike Hawke very quickly would sound like My Cork, and I was like, "I don't get it, did someone spill a wine bottle?"

I always thought Cousland was Ireland or Scottish based since everthing thing else about Highever is based off Ireland or Scottland
