As long as there's an immense memory bleed that forces you to reboot the game every 30 minutes, I'll be happy

It runs on Xbox / playstation...so...imagine anything higher than x2 550, 9800GTX, and 2gigs ram should cut it.
Only because thats ball-parking the specs that other console games will run on nicely. Anything higher would mean graphical lovelies.

To FieryDove:
I see no reason to believe Bioware that DA 2 is being developed separately for the PC and Xbox360. Remember ME2? Prior to releasing ME2, they said the game would be developed simultaneously (i. e. separately) for the PC and Xbox360. Have you played ME2? Then you know what ME2 is in its essence. A plain console port. If I were to compare the original ME port and the PC version of ME2 I would honestly claim that Demiurge Studios did their job much better.
In the light of this experience, I do not really believe anything that Bioware says about DA2 as far as its technical background is concerned. I stay vigilant and always try to read between the lines. There are indications that the PC version of DA2 is and will continue to be subject to its console "template". For instance, the BG-like pseudoisometric view on the PC version has been done away with because it had to be "harmonised" with the console view. Then, every DA2 presentation runs preferentially on the consoles and the PC version cowers somewhere in the corner. Then there are Bioware's traditional boasts about the newly evolved, faster, more responsive combat. Remember the same boast with ME2 concerning combat? Next indications are a considerably shorter game than DA, which has already been confirmed, a planned early release and several devs' statements that "DA2 is being developed with consoles in mind".
Based on all of the abovementioned, I suspect that DA2 has been following ME2 in some way, not entirely, but I definitely see a similar approach to the subject here. Let's see how much DA2 gets actually "massefectized" in the end. Hopefully, the process does not take place at the expense of DA2's in-game content.

You know, first things first.... I hope my current computer can run DA 2. It runs DA:O on medium settings flawlessly, I just hope the requirements don't change too much

Pretty much- I'd completely agree with the fact that the ME1 PC port was much better done than ME2. So the fact that they're saying DA2 is being done "simultaneously" like ME2 was is concerning. My only hope is that because the engine was largely built from the ground up on PC with Origins that whatever they're doing to it in DA2 still utilizes the PC. But to say I have my doubts is putting it lightly, for many of the reasons you stated.
