Ihave the steam version of the game, after i re install the game, i cant see any content in downloads, all DLC products are gone.. hmmm how can i get them back ? any ideas

cant download them either, refresh dosent help., log out/in dosent help..

You might need to re-start the download service. There is a good thread on how to do this here:
