The FOURTH blight. Yes I know that would mean it would be in the Dragon Age, which means this isn't likely but hear me out.

It does say you are a surivior of the blight AND champion of Kirkwall. Both the 4th blight and Kirkwall take place in the Free Marches.

Though it would be odd to do that as for sequel and not a expansion pack, this is still a possiblity. Which would explain why no mention of The Warden, has been made yet.

I just hope that if this is true they will release DA3 as a true sequel, one that might be more in touch with how DA 1 is. But I'm saving my judgement on that until I see gameplay footage. It sounds like they are still trying to keep the DA 1 style by saying think like a general and fight like spartan thing.

Just a thought based on the info I have at the time.

And no to all you whiners talkings about DA2 being ME2, stfu, go somewhere else and cry. I want this a discussion about this being a possibility until more info comes out. Or until someone says a known fact that makes this impossible.

Actually I remeber David Gaider saying that having the plot of DA 2 be yet another blight was a really bad idea, in a post from way back when. I, for one, agree with that.

Morrigan said, "You will never see me again". What does that suggest to you? What is Bioware trying to tell you?

And the end of Awakening say about your warden that their tale isn't over. Which would imply their story being continued.

So " What is Bioware trying to tell you?"

Guess they are lying about DA2 and it's really going to be about the Warden and will find this out come the trailer?

And if it was said that making it about a different blight be dumb, then will they ever finish up the 2 blights that have yet to happen?

Oh and in the Awakening the archietect could be killed, and it never really said he's plan worked. Just said less dark spawn was around in the Deep Roads. Could be a sign of another blight as there are 2 of the old gods left, remember the blight didn't last long so I doubt that many dark spawn were killed.
