I'll probably name the female Reena Hawke.

OK, so it's not just us, then.  Seriously, BioWare.  I don't have a problem with Hawke, I really don't.  I've spent most of my forum posts trying to be sensible  It's just that it's so hard to come up with non-stupid names to go with it!

Personally, I think its easier to come up with good female names.  All the really hilarious ones are guy names (coughmikecough).  Most female names just end up sounding like secret identites or porn stars, which is slightly less bad.

what i was thinking when i saw all the names, surprised i was the first one to post it honestly.

nice job Bioware, now everyone is gonna give Hawke a silly/stupid name.

Merrick Hawke might be the first Hawke name I've seen that isn't full of silly.  I could see a PC legitimately named that, and it'd be ok.

Not so much for Fo Hawke.  Though I do like it

Kela and I will happily take responsibility for this thread of silly.  BioWare's been blamed for enough silly stuff today 

Though really, I too am baffled at how silly the name sounds.  It looks fine written, I guess, but when pronounced, it gets pretty bad pretty quickly.

I thought we agreed his last name was pronounced H'a'we'ke?  That way when I name him Kamehameha I don't feel silly
