prob we would at least have to cross paths with our companions at some point, since it is the same world. my warden didnt go though the mirror in the which hunt dlc, i picked the option i will find my son so he is still in the world fingers cross ill meet my warden but prob not lol

Well, we know that second story probably will begin in Lottering, or another place, but it will be time of war with darkspawn. And we know that the story includes about ten years. So it is a time of Alistair rule, as I understand.

Befor the trailer was released he looked like a man in his mid to late 30's. But in the Trailer he looked in his 20's.

I see no reason why the Darkspawn looked like men high on drugs in the screenshots posted. Not that I'm saying that the graphics look bad -- they look good IMO. It's just the redesigns that disturb me.



It took a lot of time for me to accept the fact that DA2 is a Dragon Age/Mass Effect hybrid but the Darkspawn! They should be dark! The cuddly Genlocks are gone! The redesigns became off the mark coming from a very dark-themed Origins game. So much colors going on over at DA2.



Don't get me wrong, I'll still be getting this game. But the redesigns... the redesigns! Flemeth has the knack to wear such skimpy clothing! Oh the life.



My Grey Warden will kick Hawke's ass.



Hopefully on Dragon Age 3 the Warden and Hawke will be on the same party.

I was in EB games today and they listed DA2 being released for some time in Febuary.  I dont believe it but I thought it interesting.

Nah, just a thought.

A sequel with no character connection to the first game besides Flemeth is disturbingly interesting though. I think the "2" in Dragon Age 2 should just be removed there and place it with a sub-title, just like in Origins.

Then again, THE DARKSPAWN!

I WOULD SERIOUSLY WANT TO PETITION THAT THE DARKSPAWN RETAIN THEIR APPEARANCE FROM ORIGINS TO THE SECOND GAME!

Yes we know the darkspawn were once men that become tainted but, since BioWare introduced us to how the darkspawn looks like in Origins, why not retain the same appearance?

Eh, I've seen pretty conclusive evidence that he most certainly is in it, in at least a few incarnations. I wouldn't expect him to be anything more than a, say, Fist of ME level cameo. If we're lucky, maybe one of his incarnations is closer to a Liara-level cameo (discluding Shadow Broker, and including unique and interesting dialogue that reflects past choices, and maybe maybe maybe a side-quest).

I'm simply glad Steve Valentine is (maybe?) going to voice him. He does a spot-on job as Alistair, he really does.

EDIT: And thank you, my dear, for including that. I am really pleased to read that.

Also, god, I can't figure out Twitter.

Actors have made pretty big mistakes about revealing too early what they're doing. But for those of us who are savvy enough to be obsessive, we always screencap.
