Chill maybe, its commonly misspelled, forums are supposed to be a relaxed place for people to talk and debate, I really dont think spell check is necessary.

It's one of the most misused words on the internet and a peeve of mine.  Thanks for the lecture though, it's not like you were trying to correct me on something you thought was wrong or anything. <_<

That comma after "though" should totally be a semicolon.

I just built a new, moderately high end computer last fall so it's not an issue of power.  When you mention 3D, I'm thinking about proper 3D on a PC, not just blurry red/blue screens that sort of work.

You definitely underestimate iz3d.

It's kinda ridiculous how many uninformed people seem to entirely ignore this thread. I've linked this thread to so many people I lost count. >.>

EDIT: Btw, you need to add in there that the SE will NOT be available on Steam. This was said by Chris I believe a while ago. I'll go get the link.

DOUBLE EDIT: Took me a while to find it, but here it is: http://social.biowar...1/index/5531641

Mages will appear less muscular than warriors and rogues. [Dan Lazin - 11:00] 09/15

What does that mean?

I wouldn't get big, strong muscles for not using them.

So, it's just the body appearance?

Sorry about my stupidity.

There was a dev comment that said all classes had the same body model.

Same body mode. Okay. Speaking of muscular, Mages appear weaker than Rogues and Warriors?

Hawke will be ripped no matter what class you are.

Can anyone recall the preview that mentioned the "default" Warden choices for folks not importing into DA 2? I can't really remember where that info came from and would appeciate someone pointing me in the right direction :)

I totally forgot about those. Lucky me I completed enough of DAO to get the precise ending I want so I don't have to just choose from those.

hmmmm....... I do want to know what happend to the kind that morrigan and my warden had, it seems like an interesting story plot, the kid could be a god in human form and a great playable character.

there is also the matter of dlc i liked the last game cause i m still playing it after a year and there are still things that i m discovering, the dlc should have added more hours to the game in my oppinion and the lvl cap was a downer till awakening, maybe im expecting too much but maybe two expansions like awakening for the next game would be nice.

P.S. i think that they should at least bring one old companion into the game or a meeting with one of the heros of the last game.

Appearance should be changeable by hero statistics. The more strength the better shaped body etc. like in the first Fable game. It would make game more RP. Also a scar like in ME could be great idea, or again like in Fable where scars was added after critical hits taken by our character. But I can imagine DA2 will be focused on plot. CRPG will never be like true RPG.

I was wondering if it is just the Signature Edition of the PC version of DA2 that will be 60 dollars, or will the regular release after the 11th also be 60?

Thanks!

Both editions £39.99/$59.82 for X360 and PS3, £24.99/$59.82(lol on amazon?) for PC.

Mah double post wasn't cut off by mod so I will change it a little.

Actually there is a mistake on Amazon.com. All three versions (PC,X360,ps3) have almost equal price. X360 is 13 cents cheaper. That is truly amazing.

Honestly, I am really excited for the changes I'm hearing about. Nearly all of them are ones I wanted. But I suppose I'm more liberal when it comes to my RPG's, as I prefer Mass Effect to, say, Final Fantasy (I still love Final Fantasy...just not as much.)

I'm not sure how I feel about "exaggerated gameplay" due to the narrators unreliability as a story teller. It's a clever idea, I'll say that, but I'd rather Hawke simply be a bad ass, through-and-through, not misconstrued as one.

I'm also not entirely sure how I feel about there being no world-threatening conflict. Hawke is supposed to be the single greatest hero in Dragon Age history (from what I've read). Can he really top the Warden just by ending wars or uniting kingdoms? I mean...one army beats another, society still exists. If my Warden hadn't stopped the Blight, life would have ended.

Lack of origin stories is a bummer, but I'll take that hit in exchange for a voiced character any day of the week.

And finally, I (like so many) am concerned about the apparent lack of attention to DA:O in the sequel. It's a new character and plot, so I didn't expect a ME1 to ME2 like continuation, but I would have really liked to have gone back to Fereldan to see a statue of my Grey Warden, or even just see him at the head of a parade or something waving to the crowd.

Yeah okay, there's my rant.
