Anders has been officially confirmed as a companion in DA2. He's been posessed by a spirit of justice but whether it's THE justice or not hasn't been told yet.

Whoa... just read that Justice got corrupted into a Vengeance demon... Nathaniel was right (he tries many times to talk to Justice about how spirits turn into demons, and Justice is like "STFU that can't happen to me!"

It probably didn't happen that way... if you watch the demo vid (or play it in a few hours!) you will see that in the opening scene Bethany is STACKED, but after Varric admits he was making it all up and goes to tell the truth, Bethany's bosom is more modest.
