A plan so convoluted, Prince Humperdink would be proud.
Oh, you had to say it. And here we go:
"My name is Zevran Arainai. You stole my salsa. Prepare to die."

You know, of course I had to say it. Dear Lord.
And now cue Cassandra turning up with red robes. "No one expects the Chantry Inquisition!"
Maybe Varric will have funny walks.

2. The game seems to be based before, during and maybe after Dragon Age: Origins.
3. The game play will actually be different between PC and consoles (classic DA for PC, actionrpg for console)
4. Morrigan may make an appearance (The original quote was under the line "Morrigan's story not done yet")
5. Companions still as talkative and fleshed out as in DA:O. Difference now is that even if they don't like you, they will still stay in your party. You can be hostile to them even. Though if they don't like you they would "...try to show you up."
6. There are now melee combination moves as there were magic combination moves. This also means that magic has finisher endings as well.

No, honestly it isn't made up. well, the magazine itself may have fabricated it but i doubt that.

So... How is it a sequal?
No Warden?
No Morrigan ending?
No Morrigan's child?
No return of old favorite characters?
All new adventure?
Anyone else as dissapointed as I am? I mean They didnt exactly put an ending on the 1st one.
As much as I LOVED the 1st one I'm not exicted about the next
Yeah im dissapointed too

Yeah im dissapointed tooI want too see proper endings for my Warden... And of course Morrigans child.
*Sigh* *Facepalm*
How many times will this be discussed...?
Do us a favor and read some parts of the topic, I won't say everything because I know its boring and not even I have patience to read the whole tread, but at least try to understand whats going on and don't repeat the same thing over and over...
Yes, Morrigan's child is NOT canon, the warden is probably dead, if he is not, he will, we will MOVE ON with our life and conquer Kirkwall with a new character that will step into a NEW chapter of Dragon age... have a nice day....

I think they should include an artbook and/or hard copy of the codex myself.

Yeah. I might just wait for the third game and hope they include some of the precious "choices" Bioware is always babbling about. I don't care about Hawke and his doofy little town. Setting it in the Free Marches was lame, where's the Tevinter Imperium?
What kind of name is "Kirkwall", anyway? You might as well be called Champion of Akron, OH. Not exciting at all.

I'm a sloth demon. I'd eat you but I'm too lazy.
Edit: You don't dispute what I say, annoying though I be?

I'm more disappointed that it sounds like a completely streamlined cash in, minus lots of the customization one would expect from a Bioware title. I guess those like Maria who begged for more "personable" characters are getting their wish at the large cost of distinct player characters and actual *gasp* role playing.
They rushed Awakening, full of bugs, my guess is we're going to see the same thing with a sequel that aparently has very little to do with the original core game. Can't say I'm all that suprised either.
