Why does it always seem like Flemeth saves your character so you can do something?

I wonder if this will end up being something like, the package is a vial of her blood so that in case something should happen to her (i.e. if you killed her as a Grey Warden) she can still be reincarnated into another body by that person drinking the blood. Or something.
If she appears later on in the game as well, which I'm going to assume she does, then that scenario ties up any questions about how she's alive again despite being killed in the first game. A failsafe, if you will.
Only problem with that is it doesn't allow for any opportunity to screw her over, unless you get to choose the body she reincarnates in. Oooo sacrifice your sister so that Flemeth may live again!

We only know that Flemeth is alive at the start of Dragon Age 2 which is when Hawke is fleeing Lothering. As that happens early in DA:O then the Warden hasn't killed her yet. To me that means that if you do kill Flemeth in DA:O she may actually be dead or hovering bodiless waiting to snatch someone else's. I can't see anything else that says she'll appear more in DA2. As for her doing the voice over for the trailer, Duncan does voiceovers in DA:O and only appears early on. So mayhaps she'll only be a catalyst early on.

Did anyone mention, how weak the graphics look?

Varric looks much better than he did, say, at Comic-Con a month ago.

Bryy actually saw it in person, IIRC.

I know it's probably way too early to have anything at all, but do we know anything about the system reqs?
I'll be updating my PC soon actually, so it doesn't really matter for me, but is it going to be a huge jump or if we can play DA:O should we be okay with this?

That would add a lot of depth, especially because Flemeth was present in The Stolen Throne as well so she is a recurring character. I just hope people don't get their hopes up for her to be a minor role.
I didn't really get that impression at all from that article. For one thing, they immediately disclaimed the God of War comment with "Okay, perhaps it's not quite that visceral, but there is definitely new urgency and brutality to the combat."Wrath of Bong wrote...
I don't know if someone already mentioned this, according to Kotaku when they played a demo of Dragon Age 2, combat is more like God of War than DAO.

In fact, he didn't even have time to play the non-exaggerated combat:
"Fleeing into the hills, they are about to stumble upon a Darkspawn patrol when the BioWare rep told me the next group was coming in to play, and I had to leave."

Combine this failsafe concept with the idea that the Warden was actually successfull in killing her body, and you get Flemeth coming back due to one's own actions, and still being involved in much of the story.

For another, they were clearly referring to the "super-charged" section of the game we've all heard so much about. It's deliberately boosted, because Varric is embellishing.
