 when i try to purchase the alternate apearance pack and the equaliser pack from the bioware website.
it wont let me. whenever i click on either of the two and then click on buy pc version i get sent to my registerd game promotions page. i have enoegh bioware points and i've been able to buy kasumi, overlord and aegis without a problem. but these two wont let me.

any reason why?
