Anyone who has done the city elf origin...does Cyrion (your dad) sound really familiar?

Just wondering who did this voice, i don't see it credited anywhere. 

With Kate Mulgrew and several other various and sundry Star Trek veterans voicing characters in the game, was just wondering if ol' Cyrion was James T. Kirk himself...because if it isn't, that actor sure as heck does the best Bill Shatner impression I've ever heard.

Or am I just going insane?
