Of course I'm excited! DA:O was one of the best games I've played recently, and Bioware is a company that is generally well aware of what people like about their games.

I would like for the original toolset to still be relevant.
I bet it will have many possible companions.

I need more information to get excited. I don't like what I've heard so far. I don't like the "Hawke" name, and I don't like more action-oriented combat (if true).

Well it just says improved combat. That can mean a number of things.Like you can have a full melee group attacking a single target without having to worry about positioning. Very annoying not moving or needing to move while in the middle of a move.

Cautiously excited. I don't know, have to wait and see what they're doing to the combat/classes first.

I am sure they will make the combat more fluid and thats about it.

Totally psyched for it!
It actually sounds like it has the potential to be an even deeper RPG than Origins (less breadth perhaps, but deeper) - more consequences for choices, more character development for your own character. Hopefully we get to see Orlais!

Well it would be kinda silly to get excited about a game, that comes out in about eight months at best.

as long as you are able to choose Hawke's Race and gender I'm fine with the new direction.
