1)You can choose your side..(Darkspawn or Grey Wardens)
2)Why are the Dragons all evil? new quest that would unlock Dragon Tamer/Trainer specialization. With that specialization you could Tame a Dragon and have it in your Party, but... ONLY the main character would be able to have the specialization.
3) Some Evil or Good actions would affect the whole game.. ex: You choose to kill a good man = more and more people beging to hate you.. 
4) More Races.
