I'm hoping for Grey DeLisle as the voice of female Hawke.

She's got incredible versatility. I'm hard-pressed to think of a better female voice actor that can pull off a wide range of emotions like that. Look at her work in Bloodlines and how she was able to switch between Therese and Jeanette. It's also funny when you think about it and realize that Jeanette's sexy voice is also the voice of Mandy in Grim Adventures.

Exactly my thoughts. I didn't play Bloodlines but her voice as Handmaiden in KOTOR2 was fantastic.

Whoever they get, I hope that BW lets them actually emote. Mark Meer is talented, (he was the Biotic God), but for whatever reason felt sterile in ME and ME2. I liked Jennifer Hale's femShep and she emoted somewhat better, but they were both still a bit lackluster over all. Would love to have them both back as supporting cast or NPCs. As for female Hawke, I wonder how much Carrie-Anne Moss is?

Grey DeIsle would be perfect for the female Hawke, really hope they get her. If not I wouldn't mind Nika Futterman (she voices V.V. in Bloodlines for those who've played that), her voice is amazing, but she does sound sexy and seductive no matter what she says which could get annoying if you don't want to play the game that way if you know what I mean.

For male I honestly wouldn't mind Harrison Ford, I quite enjoy listening to his voice (the voice over in blade runner is an exception *shiver* thank god the director's cut got rid of it) just as long as it isn't Mark Meer again

Yeah, fantastic job as the Handmaiden. Was excellent at showing "restrained emotion" which is very tough to do. Never went over-the-top or melodramatic with her lines, it was always exactly how it should have been. But it's kinda funny since she did an even better job in Bloodlines and she displays an even wider range of emotion. Really, you ought to try that game out, it's fantastic. Superb writing, a ton of memorable characters, amazing setting and atmosphere - at it's best the game is one of the best RPG's I've ever played. It has two areas that are badly designed, but when the game is good, it's damn good. The game is a mix of FPS/RPG in case you're not familiar with it.

But yeah, so far I think the best choices so far:

Male Hawke: Micheal Bell, Simon Templeman (maybe not Templeman because his voice sounds too distinctive and it'll remind everyone of Kain)
Female Hawke: Grey DeLisle

Also, Azula.  My favorite evil 14 year old ever.  I might completely change my mind about being a tad upset over the voicing if I get to run around the Free Marches as crazy evil Azula.

Hmm, yeah Grey Delisle would be a good choice. She has a great range and if BioWare lets her get into the script, it could be a really awesome experience.

It'll be Mark Meer, apparently he's friends with top Bioware guys, plus it's the only job he can get on account of being terrible; Jennifer Hale as FemHawke would be fine though.

Mark actually isn't bad - as long as you see some of his non Commander Shepard stuff. His Shepard performance is honestly one of his weakest.

I wouldn't really want Jennifer Hale to do femHawke, as she's too recognizable now, on account of femShep. And given the legions of people ready to burn down BioWare's building now over the perceived ME2-ness of DA2, I doubt they would dare hire her

As much as I don't want DA2 to become ME2 Jennifer Hale would soften the blow for me because I could just imagine that Shepard got stranded on a technologically backwards planet and is using an assumed name.
