Has anyone found all six black vials? If so, please post them here. I have found only five of them so far, missing the 3rd corpse walker.

These are ones I have found.. or so my memory tells me. Please correct me if I am wrong:

-Carridan Cross/Orton Thaig, requires bag of limbs, head and torso found in both areas and altar in the Thaig.
-Black Vial in Royal Palace of Ozammar.
-Black Vial in Elven/Werewolf Ruins
-Black Vial in the broken statue of the Circle Tower.
-Random encounter between Market and any dark alley/pearl in Denerim.

Unfortunatly your number one isn't one of the 6 Revenant Black Vials. It is one of the types of demon, I believe.

Ah, thanks for reminding me! That must be where the third black vial must be then. I thought I have gotten it already and confused the memory.

Yeah the revenant in Carridans cross is your standard black vial, you don't need the limbs etc to open that one up.

So far I've opened the one at mage tower, the random city event and carridans cross.

I didnt notice it in my inventory, but some other user claims that u aquire some Andraste Cube and u can use some items on it and then claim King Maric's Sword

There are TWO black vials in the werewolf lair/elven ruins. You remember the cut scene where you run into the gate keeper and he asks to parlay? Just off that room is a chamber with another vial. After you finish the werewolf quest, go back to that room and look for the chamber with the vial.

I too found all six, and nothing happened. I think they're like some weird tease by the devs.
