As the topic states, is there a way to do so?

I know as a male you can have an awesome demon-god child with Morrigan.
But as female is there any way to live after you kill the archdemon?

a few ways..either don't kill it..have alistair do it..or have alistair father the child with Morrigan.

Or also convince Loghain to father the child. Sorry if you didn't want that visual image but that is what I had to do in my female dwarven rogue game.

Talking to him after the final battle in the ceremony was probably one of the most hilarious situations I have encountered in this game however, so it was worth it .
