We don't know anything about how old Hawke is while in Lothering, that would make a big difference, and if they're old enough to have been a Circle Mage, whether they're there on official business.



If you are a Circle Mage and they don't address the fact that the Circle has your phylactery and can track you down, that would be pretty lame.
