Plz Help

Before fresh install of windows
Note i played ME2 before the fresh install and completed the game with no problems

After restalin windows
i have installed and uninstalled and Reinstalled ME2 and still gettin the same problem 
put disk in drive the logo comes up i click play and Nothing the game just wont load
it just stay on the loader screen
