Also, yeah, might be better to address it to David Gaider or someone working on the game. Chris is the poor soul who has to deal with us and put up with our crap

But I agree, those are well-thought out questions, presented in a non-inflammatory way.

Question 4 I can.. sort of answer. You're enjoying Dragon Age, why not buy more content to enjoy?

To any developers of DAO2, i want to point your attention to an open letter on Dragon Wikia:

Very odd letter
"4. Other than for personal enjoyment, why should we purchase any more
DLC for DAO, if it does not matter (or does it)?
What the heck do you mean "other than for personal enjoyment" that is the only reason to play videogames in the first place, unless you are chinese gold farmer in WoW?

5. Why is it only possible to choose one race as the main character,
and not multiple race and origins like in DAO
-80% of DAO players chose Human and never played any of the other origins stories
6. What is the main source of inspiration for DAO2? Is it ME2 or
DAO?
Neither, the main inspiration is all things Canadian. Justin Bieber, Alanis Morrisette, Hockey, Kids in the Hall etc..:innocent:

Some do it for the cheevos (tis the only reason why I bothered slogging through the Darkspawn Chronicles), the additional items, for completionism, or because it adds to the background. I really don't like Leliana at all but I got Leliana's Song because I wanted to know more about her, and I wasn't disappointed.
It's a legit question. They all are, really.

just because this is a new story doesn't mean that the previous game and everything for it is meaningless

I don't know what cheevos are. I guess you mean DLC Items?
I don't undertand how you can not like Lelianna but want to know more about her?
And saying you are not disappointed, isn't that the same thing as enjoyment?
How was that Pizza? I was not disappointed.

I agree. ME2 is an awesome game and I have no problem if they decide to make DA2 similar to ME2. It's cool.yf2489 wrote...
I love how you already compare DA2 to ME2 like its some sort of problem. Get out!

Cheevo = achievement. My XBOX preferences are showing.
As for the other, I highly dislike most of the characters in the series. This isn't it because of bad writing, it's because I'm grumpy and I rarely like anyone. But just because I have an aversion to them doesn't mean I can't find them interesting. I think Loghain is a complete and utter bastard- and I bought The Stolen Throne because he got exposition in it.

Because not every game has to be the same, it's like if Nintendo took Legend of Zelda and made it like Mario because Mario is more successful.
