I am going for the Bioware SUPER FORUMITE Collector's LIMITED edition. It comes with a Biowarian of your choice who will counsel, advise and guide you until you finish the game.

Dragon Age is my first Digital Purchase. Heh. Damn you Bioware and your lure of 'free' DLC

I've preordered the box. Warden's Keep is like, what, $7? I can forgo fancy shmancy breakfast and bring some from home for a day or so. I want my tin and map. Nothing can ever beat the New Game smell.

standard non-collector's edition box for PC. I like having a hard copy.

Box. That way I have a physical copy as backup in case something goes wrong and I need to reinstall it, or I get a new computer or something like that.

Pack rat here, so CE boxed from Amazon.

I've had weird stuff with non-Valve games on Steam too so I get hesitant (weird copy protection and sometimes the patches are released later)

Digital Deluxe from Steam, I like the convenience that digital distribution provides.

Digital version both for the perks and because I live in the north which means I can only get copies from Wal-Mart which may or may not have it on time and when they do it might get sold out fast, or get it from the computer shop which over prices everything....

So if I can do steam or D2D I do it. :)

I live pretty far up North also but I still ordered a CE box version from the EA main site.

CE Boxed from the EAStore (Amazon was sold out). I like having hard copies of games (although i do use Impulse on occasion), and I'm more than willing to support Bioware by paying an additional $7 for the Warden's Keep.

I always go with the actual disc. I like having the product in hand and I'm not afraid of scratches. I stopped playing frisbee with my discs years ago.

Especially if I was going CE. Sure, I'd rather have Warden's Keep too, but it's only $7. The cloth map and tin case are collector's items. You won't be buying those for $7. I prefer an actual collector's item when ordering a CE. I know it's called deluxe instead of collector's, but you get the point.

They must have been sold out when ordered mine... :crying:

would have picked David Gaider. Mostly so I could hear more about the romances and so I could pester him to write a few extra tidbits for me. Well, it'd end up as more than a few and he'd likely climb out a window and flee back to canada after a few days, but it's a nice dream.

I have to have the box. Digital just doesn't work for me. I feel like I only got half the product for some reason :/ I'm the same way for buying music albums, itunes just doesn't cut it.

Box, all the way!
I will be a very sad person when the retail boxes cease to exist.

yea they tend to get farther and farther from the good old days of the classic ginormous boxes.  You know the one where they actually took the time to design nice things on the box and put cool stuff inside it.

I will never forget the instricate three-cornered boxes Bungie used for their Marathon games. Mostly because they don't fit in any of my bookcases without being bent all to hell.

I managed to get a CE Box from the local Gamestop here pre-ordered.

So yeah. Plus, I enjoy having the actual product in my hands. Something is definitely more satisfying about that.

Box here. I'm patient enough... barely... to wait the extra days it will take for DA to arrive in the mail. I like something tangible I can hold and put on my shelf so it looks all shiny with my other games. :P

I did plan on getting a boxed copy mostly for the paper manual, but seeing as we don't know if we're getting the free DLC codes in the UK version I'll almost certainly be buying it from Steam, safe in the knowledge that I won't have to pay an extra £10-15 for Shale.
