Online Storage Profile

I'm not sure if anyone else has been having issues with their online storage profile but my issue with it increasingly getting worse and or my nerves. 

I noticed at the beginning of the year that my online character profiles had not been updating. 

I emailed support spoke to online support and currently still have an open ticket regarding the issue. 

After doing more troubleshooting on the issue came across the Profile Diag where is shows all your characters, screen shots and any errors that you may have on those characters. 

It also shows your online storage summary, where you have a max number of 100 files and max space allowed 350mb. 

I saw a lot of my characters with several different errors.  So what I did was I deleted ever thing, screenshots all my characters. 

With everything removed I still showed my storage profile was still holding 56 files even though there was nothing there, it was saying that I still had 56 screenshots in my storage. 

I thought I would deal with that later and started then playing my game while logged into my profile and going to each one of my characters and saving them to see if this would update my profile.

Slowly but surely they all started to update correctly. 

Now the big problem I am having is I have no space in by storage because it is saying that I still have that stupid 56 screenshots in there when there is honestly nothing in there. 

I have spoken with online support again and he stated that there was basically nothing they can do regarding clearing my online storage profile, and my best bet would be to post this ridiculously long history of my problem and HOPE someone will be able to assist. 

I am open to suggestions and hope that someone can finally help me resolve this issue.  I thank you in advance for any info good or bad just glad some one cared enough to answer  Posted Image

Without any punctuation, especially no paragraph breaks, how do you expect anyone to make heads or tails out of all that you've jammed together into one solid blob? 

It is summer, and it is a weekend, so readership is doubly lowered here.  To get anyone to actually read that, break it into proper chunks, and you might get some sort of answer.

Since you claimed that you were unable to understand what was posted, I have since made modifications to the original post, so that it maybe a little easier to read. We shall see if this miniscule change will result in a resolution.

At the risk of sounding horrible and unhelpful, you're much more likely to find support in this sub-forum. Your problem relates to one with the BioWare Social Network, not the game.

Well so far no help from this forum, or bioware support, or even google. This is a absolute stupid problem to have, but a problem non the less. Maybe some day Bioware will care enough to really look into this, but in the mean time not going to bother with this crap any more.

Did you follow what I suggested, KBMccloud? As I said in my post, your issues are not with Dragon Age: Origins, and as such you're not going to find help in this sub-forum. You need to go into the sub-forum I linked and ask there.

Unlike this sub-forum, BioWare employees may offer support and be able to help with your query, or a community member with the relevant knowledge may be able to help.

Have you tried (deleting a character and) uploading another screenshot?
