So it all started just after i downloaded overlord and started playing mass effect again. The game started to crash alot upto about 30-40 so far. I have installed the disc onto my HDD to see if that would fix the problem but it didnt it made it worse now it comes up with disc unreadable even though the disc is not spinning. At one point it would not let me on to floor 2 of the normandy to see moranda for her quest. I then restarted my xbox and it would let me into that floor but would not let me access the citidel and it also come up when i am at the main menu. I ended up deleteing the game install to stop the disc unreadable crap. Then i borrowed dragon age to see what it was like and about 30 mins into the game it starts to crash two and they are the only two games i have had crashes with so far.
i have tryed everything to find out what was wrong with my game
- Ihave clean down the xbox to see if it was over heating.
- i have cleared the system data (multiple times)
- i have done a full format of the xbox hard drive
i transferred my save to the computer and used a resign & rehasher
At the moment i think that my xbox is dying or that my xbox HDD is broken i dont know what to do i have tryed every thing. If anyone has had this problem and know a solution then could you plz comment because i really want to play my bioware games so much. :happy:
i am using a 20gb white xbox but the HDD is a black 120gb that i bought from amazon about 3-4months ago
