Oh goodness no.


I hated the Kotor mini games. Hated them. The only improvement on them was Koto2 making it optional for the most part.(Which wasn't made by Bioware.)

Long live SHMUPS! In Jade Empire you actually got rewards for your toon by clearing the levels.

The best rewards were from optional side quests

Gambling mini-game ? Yeah, why not, I'd play that, so long as it's optional, but that's really not the kind of thing I'm looking forward to in this game. I'd rather they spend as much time as needed to iron out the core gameplay than use it on silly things.

Really? Took me a few times at first, but swoop racing wasn't so bad.... would have preffered pod racing, but I digress...



or.... a dice or dart minigame could work... just something to earn some extra cash

Eh, Pazaak wasn't bad. Plus it was optional. But like you, I hated the turret minigame.
