well if they are adding "The wheel" .. hope they add interupts (at least the evil/renegade ones) :-)

P.S. the Mike Hawke joke took me till today to work out, it doesn't work as well with an English accent.

That or suddenly back away slowly from the NPC you are talking to with arms outstretched to keep them away whilst looking at them as if they are freakishly ugly.
