Why is there no in-game managing window for DLC items like in Dragon Age? Didn't Bioware make both of these games? How could they make an intuitive, easy to use and user-friendly interface for DA:O and leave us to handle manual downloads of all DLC items outside of game with no way to track what we have installed and not, what we missed, etc...

I mean even if you buy the DLC it doesn't disapear from the list, it sticks there and you're still not sure if you did successfully buy it or not. That's some major fail.

Is there a way to skip cinematics as well? I played ME2 when in came out months ago and re-installed for new playthrough with all the DLC... the system is really messy though.

In regards to the DLC, I don't think it's hard to manage it yourself. Work down the list (or up it), or get a pen and a piece of paper and take notes.

The other way is to check your mail on the laptop on the SR-2. This is only available once you get the ship, of course, but that's not too far into the game - The only DLC items you can use prior to that point are the DLC armors (Terminus, Inferno, Cerberus, Collector. Not sure about Aegis).

Or look into the ...\\Mass Effect 2\\BioGame\\DLC folder. The names are coded, but pretty easy to understand:

CER = Cerberus stuff like the armor/shotgun pack and the arc projector

HEN = Henchmen = team mate (MT = Kasumi, VT = Zaaed) + loyalty mission

PRE = pre-order and deluxe edition items like Collector's armor and riffle, Incissor, Dragon armor etc.

PRO = promo items like the Dr. Pepper stuff

CON = alternative appearance packs

UNC = story DLC (Hammer01 = Hammerhead, Moment = Normandy SR-1 crash site, Pack01 = Overlord)
