they say it will have a new/updated visual style.....but I don't think they've said it will be cel-shaded.

From the 2 screenshots leaked earlier today, no. They seemed similar if not a bit better than Origins, but they are still from the early stages of production.

Oh, good. It works for games like Crackdown. I don't think it would work for a RPG.
