Well, our character has a voice, which is great :D

My first wish is the ability to import our saves from DA:O and Awakening, and having *some* effect on how the storyline progressed and certain interactions with characters, and hear about the Warden's actions and choices.

I hope that for the next game there are horses and scenes where they are used (we can allude to our characters riding them between places). I would also like for spears and other such weapons (voulges, halberds, etc) to be available, have their own skill trees, and animations.

I would like for the specializations to be more. . . dramatic, but less overpowered. Perhaps make them available earlier, or give them more talents? If I take a specialization I want it to change my character's play style drastically, not make a *slight* alteration to his play style.

This last one may really be a pet peeve, but I'd *love* to have more people in the party. Why have 9 characters if I can only use 3 of them?? O.o
Maybe we could have more spaces? (four others + the dog? I mean really, the Dog would have made a cool addition, but at the cost of a party space. . . not that much :( )

Scrap the current DA2, go back to DA:O and actually see what made it good, then remake DA2

Why have a wish list discussion, BioWare seems to have made all of their choices. Thus far, just like with DC, I'm not impressed.

after playing so much of ME2 and going back to DA:O and other RPGs, it makes me realize how awesome interrupts are

This in addition to:

-Maintain the difficulty established in DA:O.  Awakening was far too easy even on hardest difficulties.
-Modding with an updated toolset
-More character customization options, dyes and armour/clothing customization.
-Changes to the attribute and talent system, the DA:O system got worse as the game went on with inflated attributes and waaaaay more talents/spells than I could possibly use. (this was very noticeable in Awakening)

Long sword skill tree.

Chimera.

No dialog wheel.

Flowing hair/clothes.

Cloaks.

More exploration. IE wending wood/Kokari wilds.

Cities that feel more alive but aren't significantly smaller (See the citadel in ME2, they made it more alive but it's allot smaller.)

Better combat animations.

The ability to bring four people with instead of three. I hated having to choose between an extra tank or a rogue.

Hats for mages that aren't designed by the weirdest gayest men in the world.

Counter attacks.

Same level system.

Same inventory.

The choice between hip sheaths and back sheaths.

Sheaths.

Better camp animations

Everyone not being in their armor at camp
.
Keep the approval system it makes it feel more real. In ME2 you can do pretty much anything with anyone in the party and they won't have a problem with it. It's dumb.

More dialog. And a hybrid system of DAAs' clickable objects. DAOs' approval unlocking dialog. And MEs' unlocking dialog after missions.

Get rid of gifts, it's way to easy to get someones approval up with them. But keep personal gift's IE Alistairs mothers amulet, Andraste's grace, Flemeth's Grimoire.

I think that's about it.

Get rid of the abomination that is called DA2, and make a true sequel to DAO.

Not quite sure if this could work but I would like to see a few more details I felt were lacking in DA:O. Many times when I walked around I thought it would be cool to walk in a bar, grab a beer and talk to the locals, or go to camp and cook (if it's a good meal you could get buffs). Also what I thought was cool in DA was the "research" you had to do to find all the hidden treasures, by reading your codex. Maybe if you go in the afore mentioned bar you hear rumors about demons lurking at night. Just a different way to get quests than read a chantry board.

These may not be realistic requests and I recognize that, just wanted to throw it out there.
