In a new module(stand alone) is it possible to force the player chracter to use a pre-created campaign chracter? For example Leliana's song forces the PC to play Leliana.
So I basically want to pre make the character the PC will play. I've searched everywhere, but nothing comes up.

Now the only issue I'm having is setting specific attribute values, abilities, and skills

You can set attribute values with SetCreatureProperty():
SetCreatureProperty(oHero, PROPERTY_ATTRIBUTE_STRENGTH, IntToFloat(38));
Skills, talents, spells etc are all handled by AddAbility():
AddAbility(oHero, ABILITY_SKILL_COMBAT_TRAINING_1);
The constants pane in the script window should have everything you need.
