Gotta love her.
She'd make the coolest and quirkiest (female) Hawke.

I considered this the other day and I think Patrick Stewart would be interesting. Liam Neeson would also be awesome. But I don't mind as long as it's an English person. I think it would just suit it better. Plus, no offence to American voice actors, but when they do the lead Hero they tend to put on this annoying, angry, broody voice. As my Comedic idea, I'm going to say BRIAN BLESSED!!!
Neeson's a good screen actor but he didn't do a really good job in Fallout 3. Malcolm McDowell did a way better job as President Eden.

This is why I didn't like Mass Effect. In Mass Effect I felt like I was controlling another person, in Origins, I felt like the avatar was really me in a fantasy world.
Even if I made Hawke look exactly like me and make the choices I would really make, as soon as he opens his mouth the immersion will end for me.
I can guarantee they will hire a guy with a sexy British accent. I don't have a sexy British accent. Unless, maybe if I took voice-acting classes...hmm

Hmm... no

Actually now that I think about it, it would actually sound awesome! I mean, Bruce Willis's voice could very well fit gruffy looking Hawke, not the Die Hard thing exactly. Though still I would prefer someone with British accent, but I guess it doesnt matter. Not everyone in Ferelden speaks British.
What about Arnold Schwarzenegger doing Conan style? "To hell with you AEAEAEAEAA"

Brian Blessed, the obvious choice, 'Onward my brave Hawke-men!'

Yeah, but MacDowell was doing an American accent. Hawke is most likely British.Dick Delaware wrote...

Sure, but saying it's British is still correct. It's just less discerningly accurate.Thomas9321 wrote...
I'll second what someone said above, Ferelden's have English accents thus so should Hawke. Also please stop calling it a British accent, its making me sad, I mean Britain actually three countries lumped together.

Indeed. But while they have their own accents and even some of their own words, to outsiders ears (or atleast mine) they all have very similar flowing quality be it english or irish or whatever. Different from straightforward american english. When I talk about British accent, I mostly mean English but any of them will do as long as accents are not taken to extreme.
And as said above, Ferelden can and does cover a range of accents, not just English.

okay, but seriously
David Hayter would be great. I don't think Hayter has ever worked with Bioware and he is a real veteran of the industry. I would love to see this happen.
I would....die...of the pure awesomeness of his voice being in a Bioware game.
