I just read that DA2, set at the same time as DAO, will show action from a different (Hawke's?) POV. I LOVE the same story from different POVs! (HOMM III comes to mind as a game that did this really well.)
So, what do you want extra insight into?
Presumably this wont happen, but I want to be inside the Mage Tower when things go awry.
Hmmm. I guess in Lothering, I always wondered what happened after it was obliterated.
What is Loghain up to while DAO is going on?

Only a part of it will be set in the same time as DAO, my guess is the time when the darkspawn attack lothering only.

On the official site it says the game takes place over a decade. And it has also been revealed that the main character flees Lothering, going North presumably to another country.Firky wrote...

but i would like to agree with Firky on this one ... its always cool (if made properly) to see our old action from a different point of view ... like The Plan movie in Battlestar Galactica series ... srsly Cylon POV was amazing addition to the show ... so it would be nice ... even in some cinematic to see Hawkes escape route going through redcliffe and around the mage tower etc. seeing i dunno incomming warden, leaving warden ... warden in action .. or glimpse of it ... and if it takes the choices from save ... that would be just awesome ...
