I seriously doubt it's that easy to just, "drop" out of the Qun. The only ones that have managed have been warriors which probably had to fight their way out or took the first opportunity to run.

The Tal'Vashoth merchant in Awakening seemed to drop it without much difficulty.

There's a difference between dropping the Qun and the Qun dropping you.

Itd still be nice to see a female Qunari anyway

Just like it'd be nice to see a female Krogan in Mass Effect, but it will likely not happen.

Actually, there was a female krogan in Mass Effect 2 on Tuchanka. She was an ambassador from the female camps I believe, she was just a random NPC but she looked and sounded exactly like a male krogan, the voice was a bit more shrill but mostly the same as a male krogan's voice.

Sorry to disapoint you but according to the codex entries and Sten woman can't be warriors,so she probably isn't muscular.

I doubt that Stens mother was small. He had to get that physique from somewhere. But I doubt we will see musclegirls in DA2 anyway because in games all girls must be pretty and you can only be pretty if you look like a human supermodel. Boring but true.

I don't doubt Qunari women to be shorter than Qunar men.
I just don't think they will be muscular. Mostly because Qunari women aren't allowed as warriors.
But also because the Codex said that Qunari Women looked diffrent form Qunari Man

That's because that was a male representative.  Females aren't allowed to leave the camp.

If the codex says so okay. But I suppose we won't know for sure untill we see a qunari woman in the game.

I am realy curious about how they look.

Isn't that what this thread is for?
I'm still quietly wishing for an inclusion that works like the Winter Forge mod where we can customize our own armor and weapons. I don't recall anything that said Female Qunari can't be smiths? (incidentally Smith's are usually pretty muscular so maybe she became a warrior out of necessity and now can't return to the Qun because of it.)

That could be a possebility, he said women where usually priests, farmers or merchants but yeah nothing about smiths.
But maybe thar is also something only men may do because of the Qun.
Ah well we just have too wait until David Gaider and his team of writers get a briliant idea.Posted Image

Female Qunari? They're extinct. Sten ate them all.

But, yeah, I am curious to see what they look like. Only time will tell...

I dunno. I think its better to not see the lady Qunaris. I just get an image in my head of the Amazonians in Futurama.

DEATH BY SNU-SNU!

Maybe its more fun if they remain mysteriously never seen, like the Dwarves in LOTR. I think its about time Mass Effect showed Krogan ladies though, seeing how the genophage has become such an important plotline.

They are allegedly taller than human women at least.

Edit: The two most telling descriptions of Qunari women that I've seen to date, courtesy of a fanfic (Sten and the warden) that was fact-checked by David Gaider. So it should be accurate lorewise.

Sten about the human warden.

He noted how similar the Warden was to the few Qunari women who had passed. Although the Warden had not the height to match, her build was thick and her features were composed.

Warden about the Qunari women:

So there are Qunari women, the Warden thought, glancing at the soft, focused faces of the female Qunari who lined the quay, filling the sacks of trade goods onto ships bound for Rivain. Her gaze passed over their gentle faces, their eyes were intent and their long hair was braided back behind their heads, the strands as thick and as rough as twine.

But how would a LI with a Qunari go?
I mean if a Qunari get's children they will be given to priests ( according to some unique dialogue with Sten ) but they never meet there parents, so do Qunari even marry?
Also according to Banter between Morrigan and Sten the Qunari "act" is unpleasent, but this could also have been a bluff by Sten so Morrigan leaves him alone.

You could liberate a Qunari mage that happened to be female. It would be interesting to see what one made of freedom.
