The problem I have is everytime I approach the bridge where King Cailin's body is, it goes to the cutscene where it begins to pan up his body.  However, immeadiately when it goes to the flashbacks of the cutscene, the screen all of a sudden goes blank, but the game still continues with sound, music and everything.  After the cutscene is over,  I can still access and view menu screens, inventory and such as well as move around (I can still see the map), but am unable to see the actual game.  Loading a previous save doesn't help because the screen remains blank and the pictures of your party members on the left side of the screen are all screwed up, but the game will still continue as normal.  I exited the game (quit to desktop) and loaded it up again which temporarly fixed the problem, but the blank screen appears again during the cutscene.  I've played through Return to Ostagar with two other characters and never had this problem before.  It just started when playing it for the third time.  Hope there's a solution for this.

Ok, for some reason, if I skip the cutscene, everything appears fine as I immediately regain control of the game and everything is visible. I guess the problem happens only when I try to view the cutscene. I will continue to play and hope this problem doesn't happen to the next cutscene I get.

Having the exact same problem, same solution. Guess I'll just watch it on youtube.

EDIT: Oh, just a lame flashback cutscene.

It happened to me again right before the battle with the Ogre and Necromancer, but again, immediately skipping the cutscene seems to bypass the problem. So far, this problem only occurs during the Return to Ostagar DLC.

Yea, having same issue in same place, but i am also having it happen at the end of Return to Ostagar. The part where the ogre is the boss. When i walkout at the beginning of the stage the cut sence takes place the screen blacks out and i cant bypass this one no matter what i do . It going to stick on the black scene. Any suggestions other than to remove Return to ostagar
