So I wonder what is up whit Hawkes metal arm?
Is it a piece of armor, or is a prosthetic metal arm because he lost in fleeing from the Darkspawn.

I'm pretty sure it's armor, but the idea of having a one-armed hero is kind of appealing.

I meant it more along the lines of A Song Of Ice and Fire when one of the main characters loses an arm and it replaced by a metal arm.

Same goes for Berserk where Guts gets a metal arm with a magnet in it to hold his sword or something.

It may be a sort of greffon or mutation (under a fitting armor part). The female character that shares the poster with male hawk has one similar arm, but also horns and the dragon analogy is more obvious on her...

Yeah i see it now too, so it is a piece of armor?
Man I thought only Japanese RPG character collected random pieces of armor and placed it where it looks cool.
I realy hope you can wear other armors...

It's the Wrangler.
It gives him +25 health and the ability to build mini-sentries that deal 50% that of the level one sentries.

They cannot be upgraded or repaired.

...

Waitasecond.

It's not that unusual for a fighter to have one arm/hand more armoured than the other. It gives the fighter freedom of movement and protection at the same time.

We should be able to get a pet companion, but instead of a dog, have it be a cat.

Dr. Hawke and MAD Cat.

Well anyway, if the armour isn't customizeble does the armored claw arm dissapear, or does it stay?

Hawks have talons

Apparently so does Hawke :(

IMO it's a horrible attempt to go after the Emo Goth Poser crowd

Not really... it just adds an offensive dimension to the gauntlet, as well as a potential "scare factor" from a distance.

If you want to see the clawed gauntlet used as you describe, go check out Star Ocean 3.

Sauron also had clawed gauntlets. We will change history by becoming Thedas's own Sauron.

It's exactly the same as the Trailer Warden's gear from the Sacred Ashes trailer. It's just there to look cool.

I dunno I always thought Trailer Warden armour was the Warden Commander DLC armour, or at least an insperation for it.
