Will wait for The Witcher 2 to be released. Yes its one character but at least you will have a good story line and RPG elements in it with decent combat and magic.

As for DA:2 lost all intrest when I found out I cant play as a dwarf or elf. And that I have to be named Hawke.

Did you lose interest in DA:O when you had to be called Cousland or one of the other surnames too?

There's a drastic difference between having a forced surname and playing as a character with a specific surname.

Im so sad to say that I completely agree, I have been whining about the race thing all day and if they dont change that I dont think I will bother with it...

I liked the Witcher, especially being able to bang everything that moved...



...but I don't exactly find it good writing when people talk about DNA when they have no discernible means of even discovering it exists, or industrial pollution in a time that doesn't even have steam engines yet. The characters come alive well enough in the game, but the guy who wrote those novels really needs to think about the holes in his canon a bit.
