Kinda wondering since my search results dont show any relevant responses I would ask the community.

Would it be possible to make a equipment mod for your character that would make your chest, head and arms and maybe even your legs and feet be basicaly naked but covered in tattoos like blue woed as a peice of equipment?

Also along those lines would it be possible to make a peice of equipment that makes your character always covered in blood?
