Hi, I purchased a physical copy of the Collector's Edition of ME2 from the EA Store when it first launched. I believe I entered in my Network Card on the social site (not sure) and had problems getting DLC into my game, but was still able to. Now, after coming back for another playthrough, I see that there is a good bit of new DLC (not sure if it ALL costs Bioware points or is free with the card) available. Unfortunately, I apparently don't have the Cerberus Network for this account and can't download any of the free DLC. If I try to re-enter the code I get the "Code already used" message. I was getting this when I first played through, but was still able to download the free DLC, but that is no longer the case. SO, I'm wondering what I should do at this point? Is there a way that I can be refunded a code?

Looking at the pricing of the DLC off the Wiki, it seems I have all the free DLC that comes with the Cerberus Network, and the DLC that I see currently when I view the DLC page is all of the paid ones. So perhaps there is no issue other than the inconvience of not seeing my account flagged as having the Network.

This here is the Store support forum for the BioWareStore.com (operated by Treehouse) that has nothing in common - atm - with EA Store. The BWS sells merchandise only - atm. Next time, please read the stickied topic at the top of the forum before you post.
