You have to install it first. Go to Profile -> Your Registered Game Promotions to download it and then install it. The Cerberus Network does NOT auto-install it for you (free or paid DLC).

Thank you. When I bought it a message said, "You can now play Overlord in-game." No other details.
Of course, nothing is listed under My Registered Game Promotions.

Did you manage to download it? If not, load your ME2 game up and wait for that little computer screen to pop up. Should see new content available. Chick that and there should be a list of what you can download.
Go to your download folder and install the game. If you don't know where it downloaded, search for ME2_Overlord.exe

As stated, nothing shows up in Profile -> Your Registered Game Promotions.
