There's another thread but I don't know where it went.

Anyway, these screenshots look very early and basic, especially the second one. I wouldn't read too much into it. The first one does seem to show a much more detailed PC, though.

The ogre looks more deformed and it's like if it needs to drink more water, the picture of just Hawke is pretty though.

I like the detailed armor and awesome beard texture. Muscles seem to be well defined and new weapon models.

Take for example very first Mass Effect trailer released. Commander Shepard himself looked entirely different, not to mention the graphics, etc.

It was from a game website preview that wasn't supposerd to be there, I believe.

It may very well end up being more polished but there is a huge difference in the DA2 and ME1 comparison. A more apt comparison would be the 1st screens of ME2 to DA2. DA2 is keeping the same engine as Origins and even with the new visual style, still is running off of Origins' engine.

Those 2 screens will be decently representative of the final product- maybe not as polished and pretty but enough to give us an idea.

atleast the armor seems to be A HELL OF A BETTER looking than what the 1st game offered, I still hate how the armors look in DAO

lol, I know. it's something about the music, the way its presented, and Hudson's narration that makes that trailer truly one of my favorites

Those definitely aren't at an HD resolution, so it's hard to tell, might be an early console build, might have been a test build that got trashed and the finished game will look nothing like.

i hope the weapons dont look too silly i hate it when rpgs give foot wide swords that look like toys these pictures seem like they might get a bit over the top

I really don't like how the armor is looking. If Hawke turns around too fast he's cutting somebody up with all those sharp points and angles. But then again i play as rogue so it won't matter to me
