i would like to remove it completely or have a very low one so it doesn't matter.

In the items editor, open up the particular longsword you want to edit (or all of them if that's what you're looking for), click on Properties. Select 'Special' down the bottom, select 'No Attribute Requirements' and press add. Then right click on the item in the palette and hit 'export without dependent resources.'
